Cast Iron Green Bean Quiche

By on November 12, 2015

A common staple for Thanksgiving dinner is green bean casserole. When the big meal is over you can try repurposing the casserole for another dish instead of trying to give it another life in the microwave.

Green Bean Quiche is a delicious way to revive your casserole. Cook this with hardwood coals or charcoal briquettes outside in a cast iron Dutch Oven to add extra flavor.
