M-80 Jalapeños on the Grill

By on December 23, 2015

Make your tastebuds sing by cooking up these M-80 Jalapeños on the grill. We’re not sure when the first outdoor cook became aware of the delicious results of wrapping jalapeños in bacon, but the combination of salt and spice satisfies the pre-dinner cravings!

We’ve had a few bacon wrapped jalapeños in our day, but this recipe is very unique. It combines a spicy jalapeño pepper with sweet dark chocolate, salty bacon, and intoxicating brandy-soaked cherries together in a combination that may seem strange, but jives as well as peanut butter and jelly.

This recipe was originally printed in Exclusively Kamado: 50 Innovative Recipes for the Kamado Grill and Smoker by Paul Sidoriak of GrillingMontana.com.
